As we continue to expand our advisory and digital capabilities, we are seeking a high-potential team member (part of full time) who is eager to learn how strategy becomes execution inside a modern professional services firm. 

The Opportunity

This is a part-time (possible) full-time role for a recent graduate or continuing education focused professional.  Ideally, a MBA student, or a related business discipline who has an interest in professional services, consulting, growth strategy, or M&A. You will work alongside firm leadership on active client and internal growth initiatives.

What You Will Work On

1. Advisory & Strategy Projects

  • Support project-based engagements with research and financial analysis
  • Assist in preparing strategic growth roadmaps and presentation materials
  • Participate in executive workshop preparation and synthesis
  • Help build client-ready deliverables (memos, models, dashboards)

2. M&A Advisory & Sourcing

  • Conduct market research on accounting and advisory firms
  • Organize and structure data
  • Leverage AI tools to source content and analyze data
  • Utilize financial technology to deliver preliminary or complimentary supporting data to senior advisors
  • Assist in identifying potential acquisition or partnership targets
  • Help organize deal tracking and pipeline management
  • Support financial modeling and industry trend analysis

3. Internal Data & Growth Operations

  • Help maintain CRM systems (HubSpot)
  • Support project tracking in Monday.com
  • Assist in building internal dashboards and reporting tools
  • Help document and improve internal processes

Technology Exposure

Interns will gain hands-on experience with:

  • HubSpot (CRM and marketing automation)
  • Monday.com (project management)
  • AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, Loveable and other workflow automation tools
  • Fireflies.ai and meeting intelligence tools
  • LinkedIn platforms
  • Indeed Search Database
  • Data analysis tools and reporting dashboards

Structure and Timeline

  • Duration: Remainder of Winter/Spring semester through Summer
  • Continuation into Fall is possible based on mutual fit and performance
  • Remote-first role
  • Optional in-person collaboration in Cleveland, OH and Chicagoland area

Hours are flexible based on academic commitments.
